The Quezon City Public Library aspire to provide its clients with facilities and use of latest technology to enhance research and facilitate information access and retrieval.

The library shall provide access to all printed cultural, historical, intellectual and literary heritages of the City and the country and other information sources; and ensure the preservation and conservation of these materials through technological innovations for the use of future generations.

The public library is a catalyst in planning for community development and in the continuous education of the people. It serves as an impartial, non-partisan and non-sectarian agency of information. Next to school, it is commonly called the People’s University.
