The Reader’s Services provides assistance for an effective, efficient and easier access and retrieval of reference materials. It has different sections as follows:

     General Reference - offers wide variety of reference books for Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, Health and Sciences, Technology, Engish and Communication, Literature and History.

     Filipiniana and Local History Collections - offers Filipiniana collections including Rizaliana and local history which includes history and facts and figures about Quezon city, its barangays and people.

     Law Research - offers law books and other related literatures . It houses the official gazettes, Supreme Court Reports Annotated, etc., including compilation of local and national Administrative Orders, Executive Orders, republics, Acts, Resolutions. It also has CD collections like Lex Libris, etc.

     Periodicals / Government publications- Provides current awareness through daily newspapers, bulletin board displays, newspaper clippings on various topics pertaining current issues and economics. It also maintains compilation of back issues of magazines which are bound for future reference. It also offers different government publications which were solicited from different government agencies like NSO, etc. Periodical Index is also maintained and made available to the public for easy access and retrieval of information needed.

     Multi Media and Internet Services - This section was launched last 2004. It was relaunched together with this website last January 2006. It offers the ff. services: academic research, e-mail except chat, encoding, use of CD ROM collections, printing, CD burning, scanning and information literacy seminars. It is also in charge of the OPAC, the library system software, the LAN and wireless connection of the library.

     Children’s Corner - This is where you can find books of interests for children of all ages.
