This section is in charge of maintaining Quezon City’s branch libraries and reading centers. It serves as an extension arms of the Main Library in providing relevant data responsive to the needs of the reading public in the community. It provides activities such as storytelling and puppet shows that would enhance creativity in the young minds of children. It also maintains and collects historical information about the community or barangay where the library is located.
